‘L’Embutada’ + ‘Masroig Vi Solidari’ a Avinyonet

In the very place where the Penedès celebrates Microvi, we want to showcase two other festivities that make wine a constant source of popular celebration. L’Embutada, by the Cordegat collective, focuses on the embutada, a traditional festival from the Tarragona area that has recently been revived and celebrates the arrival of the new wine, drunk straight from a funnel. Masroig Vi Solidari, by Joana Niubó, follows step by step the community-led preparations for and celebration of this very special day in the Priorat village.

After the screening, a glass of wine will be served, courtesy of the wineries of the municipality.
