Tasting of Historic Grenache Wines

Led by José Ignacio Gracia, Secretary and Technical Director of the Campo de Borja PDO, we will taste wines made from old-vine Grenache grapes grown in this region. These wines were the focus of a research project investigating their viticultural and oenological characteristics, involving the DO’s wineries, the University of Zaragoza and the University of Navarra.
