MosTeca#3: Behind the perfect dish. Gastronòmic experience

This year’s MosTeca matinee ends with a gastronomic experience featuring the technicians of the Alícia Foundation Fabiola, Juárez and Joan Ribas, and their chef Daniel Barrionuevo. Through the culinary tasting, the three will try to provoke reflection and debate around what we think we know about food sovereignty and the benefits of the Mediterranean diet. All inspired by the two films screened this matinee, La comida perfecta (Alexandros Merkouris, Spain, Greece, France, South Korea 2023) and Surgencia (Alejandro Montalvo, Mexico, 2024).
