Second session of the MosTeca that will take us on a journey to the coast of Baja California, Mexico, with a renowned chef and winemaker. In their particular road movie, the two will make us reflect on the contradictions generated by progress and the defense of food and wine values in a land steeped in gastronomic delicacies from this corner of the Pacific coast.
We will have the interventions of Josep Sucarrats, gastronomic journalist and director of the Arrels editorial project, and Fabiola Juàrez and Joan Ribas, technicians of the Alícia Foundation.
At the end, a glass of wine from DO Penedès wineries and a glass of must from Mulet Viticultors will be offered.
