The latest film by Paolo Sorrentino, a Neapolitan director who already went through this section last year with Parthenope, was in charge of opening the 82nd edition of the Venice Film Festival. With the Volpi Cup winner Toni Servillo (La grande belleza) at the head of its cast, La Grazia, in the words of Mariona Borrull (Fotogramas), is “A calm song to human understanding. (…) it always invites you to think beyond (…) or better: The coherence of a very well-connected film. One of the filmmaker’s most entertaining films.
A glass of sparkling wine will be offered at the end of the screening, courtesy of Corpinnat.
