Recaredo opens its winery doors, proposing an exciting journey through Anatomia dels sentits, a documentary delving deep into the passions and vocation of ten craft professionals who keep some of the most traditional trades in the Penedès alive.
The session also includes Vinum Insulae, a short documentary transporting us to the Elba area, where wine production techniques of marine grape immersion, used in the days of classical Greece, are kept alive.
The activity includes:
- A welcome from the family and the Recaredo team.
- Visit to the cellars led by a member of the Recaredo team going into biodynamic viticulture (a step beyond ecology) and the making of sparkling wines. Corpinnnat Brut Nature, shaped by the marks of long-term aging.
- Screening of the documentaries Vinum Insulae and Anatomia dels sentits.
- This activity ends with a pairing of Xerigots cheeses, with the following wines: Recaredo Terrers 2015, Recaredo Serral del Vell 2011 and Miranius 2018 de Celler Credo.
