MosTeca#1: La comida perfecta

First of the two sessions of this year’s MosTeca, a documentary that reflects on the advantages of the Mediterranean diet and its applications in fields such as the healthcare system and the fight against the climate emergency.

With the intervention of the documentary team, Josep Sucarrats, gastronomic journalist and director of the Arrels editorial project and Fabiola Juárez and Joan Ribas, technicians from the Alícia Foundation.

At the end, a glass of wine from DO Penedès wineries will be offered.
