To coincide with European Wine Tourism Day, Carol Vallès winery hosts the Most International Wine and Cava Film Festival.
The day consists of a projection of the film the (R) evolution Champenoise, La Viña Manda in the caves, sorrounded by the bottles of cava Reserva and Gran Reserva.
Sommelier Ton Colet then offers a tasting of three sparkling wines and three champagnes, all accompanied by Catalan and French cheeses. A delight for the palate, where culture and cuisine make the perfect pairing!
We will taste:
- Laherte Freres Rosée de Meunier: A very rare rosé made only with pinot meunier from three different vintages.
- Valerie Frison Goustan: Blanc de noirs 100% pinot noir and brut nature.
- Robert Barbichon 4 Cepages: It has the peculiarity of adding white pinot to the three traditional varieties of Champagne.
