Palmento + Beber para (no) olvidar

The island’s viticulture takes the floor in these two short documentaries. Thanks to the cinema we will travel to Sicily to discover how they protect the pressing systems that are an ingrained heritage – the palmenti – and we will delve into the history of viticulture in the Canary Islands. We will have the presence of the filmmakers of the Canary documentary, Jennifer Castañeda.

At the end, a glass of wine from the DO Penedès wineries will be offered.
