Wine gala 2019: Vitis prohibita, le retour des cépages resistents

The film Vitis prohibita, le retour des cépages résistants (Stéphane Balay, France, 2019) is that chosen for the Wine Gala, the the Collita 2019 special session.

The event will feature the documentary’s director, Stéphan Balay, and one of the protagonists, the wine grower Hervé Garnier, president of the association Memoire de la vigne and owner of a 150-year-old Jacquez hybrid variety vineyard.

The gala will be led by Francesc Mauri, a meteorologist from Televisió de Catalunya and Catalunya Ràdio, and an environmental disseminator through its radio programme ICatFm, Meteomauri.

Once finished, wines and cavas will be offered from the cellars of the Pere Ventura Group and cheeses from Xerigots.
